SGW-650/SGW-630 lmage Melting-Point Apparatu

The image melting point apparatus is mainly used for measuring the melting point of drugs, dyes, fragrances and other organic compounds crystals. With LCD screen, the image of whole process of melting the material can be observed,while the instrument provides the melting parameters of the material. The instrument applies a high-resolution camera or photo-detection system to automatically/manually detect the melting point, software and hardware. Its capable of monitoring the entire process of melting material, and while the image is being played back, the whole process of melting can be observed, and test data can be generated. The instrument is equipped with windows 7 operating system.



Features

It adopts a high-resolution digital camera, which is automatically detected by image processing and analysis, and has a playback function.
Simultaneous measurement of three capillaries (SGW®-630).
Built-in WINDOWS operating system, simple, convenient, intuitive and clear, and can be connected to the printer.
The temperature control system uses platinum resistance with high linearity as the detection element, which improves the accuracy and reliability of the melting point.
The instrument has two functions: automatic measurement and manual visual measurement, allowing you to clearly grasp the continuous change process of the sample and mutually verify the accuracy of automatic testing and visual measurement.
The instrument can measure dark samples or opaque samples, has a multi-point calibration function, and test data can be saved, exported, and uploaded.
It complies with the relevant requirements of GMP, GLP and FDA/21CFR 11, and includes functions such as user hierarchical management, electronic signature, password management, network transmission, data protection and traceability.
