Description:

Fat Analyzer tests fat content according to Soxhlet Extraction principle. It features extraction, reagent recovery, cooling system and temperature controlling.It is according to the Soxhlet extraction principle, using weight determination method to determine the content of fat.That is, the fat is dissolved in the organic flux, the fat is separated from the flux by extraction method, and then dried, weighed, and the fat content is calculated.The instrument is mainly composed of three parts: heating extraction, flux recovery and cooling.During the operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to the different boiling point and ambient temperature of the reagent. The sample is soaked and extracted repeatedly in the extraction process, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid determination.
