PGZ series flat plate type automatic lowering and unloading centrifuge takes the drum as the main component, and the scraper drive, mechanical transmission, casing and other functional components are modularly designed, so that it can achieve any combination of functions.
The scraper drive has hydraulic, pneumatic, manual and other methods. Start with variable frequency start, electric brake. The motor drives the shaft of the drum to rotate through the belt drive to form a centrifugal force field. The separated suspension enters the drum from the top feeding pipe, falls on the cloth tray, and is thrown to the drum wall under the action of centrifugal force. It is collected in the bottom plate and discharged through the drain pipe, while the solid phase remains on the inner side of the filter cloth.
If washing is required, add washing water through the washing tube for washing. After the dehydration is completed, the drum rotates at a low speed, and the scraper scrapes off the solid phase and discharges it through the discharge port at the bottom of the drum.
