BJSY-5 Computer controlled hydrostatic pipe testing machine is mainly used for static pressure testing and bursting pressure testing of various types of steel pipes, valves, cylinder blocks, pump bodies and other products,can be used with pipes produced by the electric resistance welding (ERW) process as well as pipes produced by the submerged arc welding (SAW) process.It's simple structure, movable and lockable steel pipe pressure head push plate which can test various lengths steel pipes.

2.Sealing device:
The sealing device is a horizontal structure, oil cylinder sealing, the oil cylinder is lifted up and down for centering and sealing, then a hydraulic test is performed:
  • During the test, the steel pipe is placed horizontally on the lifting and           positioning system, and is lifted and centered according to the position of the oil cylinder;
  • One left and one right sealing plate each, as a universal plate, the sealing parts can be replaced according to the different sizes of the steel pipe;
  • The sealing plate has positioning holes and the platform has positioning pins for easy installation;
  • The surface of the sealing plate is marked with positioning lines according to products of different specifications to facilitate the centering of the sample;
Space between left and right sealing plates: 9m-12m
Maximum pressure of oil cylinder: 5000KN (500T), 200-5000KN adjustable
Space between head & tail stock (inner space): ≥1450mm
Cylinder stroke: ≥300mm (this is determined according to the maximum and minimum size of the customer's sample)
Sealing: PTFE, tapered seal
One water injection and one exhaust valve each

3.Hydraulic station control system
The sealing pressure is displayed in real time by a digital display to prevent large pressure from crushing small samples.

The left side is the "oil return valve" and the right side is the "oil inlet valve". When applying sealing force, close the "oil return valve" and open the "oil inlet valve". Control the pressure rate by adjusting the tightness of the "oil inlet valve" to achieve the target pressure (sealing force) , then close the "oil inlet valve" and the force value remains at the target pressure.
